Overall good experience.
Panel makes you relax.
They will arrange for food and beverages at the interview place.
Asks with personal/personality questions and then comes to good technical rounds.
I would suggest that dont say anything false there and be yourself, explain to panel whatever you have done till now in your projects.

3 DB tables and their was relation and I was asked to write a query.
Questions on java collections and servlets/JSP/EJBs.
Some basic questions on unix/linux.

2) Technical Test - SQL, C/C++, Unix - SQL questions were bit confusing, so do Unix

First round with HR to know current assignment. If it fits the requirement then technical round with hiring manager. If selected then last round with HR for negotiations. once it is done one can get the call to join at the earliest.

Interview
They are conducting the Fake drives. Recently they had recruitment drive in Gurgaon for Pune location for C++ profile. First selection process was Aspiring Minds Amcat test. Second test was 1:1 face to face round. In second round they had 31 persons shortlisted but none them was selected for the job profile. I had answered every question asked in the interview despite that i did not received the call nor did anyone of the other person. At least they should mail all interviewees there status of the interview. The HR system of your company is entirely useless.
