Interview
It was an overall pleasant process, with professionally conducted interviews, respectful interaction, and mostly behavioral questions. no coding challenge was required during the interview. The reimbursement process for expenses is somewhat arcane and in the end did not pay out.

Describe a situation in your previous roles where you had to deal with conflicting requirements from stakeholders.
- Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. - Technical screen with a team member. - 2-3 page write up about something that I built. - Loop with 5 people. One outside the group (bar raiser). 3 were part of the team and the final was the hiring manager. Questions all focused on Amazon's LP's.

Contato RH, entrevista técnica breve. Entrevista com a gerente de RH explicando as próximas etapas e uma sequencia de 5 entrevistas onde citamos experiências que comprovem comportamentos aderentes aos Leadership Principals. A experiência é exigente , há toda a expectativa inerente ao processo, mas o posicionamento profissional e nível dos entrevistadores, o suporte do RH e uma externalidade positiva do processo, que nos faz rever todos as realizações nos preparando para a entrevista, representa uma super oportunidade inclusive de aprendizado. Parabéns à AWS, não é sem motivo que são o que são. É um processo de seleção bastante justo.

I applied online and had been reached out by a recruiter. Hiring process is standard and quick. I was interviewed by two different teams with different expectations. To prepare, you only need to think about STAR response and Amazon Leadership Principles.
