Several phone interviews over Amazon Chime. 1 with a recruiter, the next with the hiring manager. You must go through the initial screen with HR, they get you all excited about the opportunity. Once I got on with the hiring manager, the questions were vague and he seemed to be expecting more than the answer I gave him
