none, you have a screening and they hire you. You have to take a drug test and a little questionnaire. After getting hired, the first shift is them teaching you the in and out of amazon facility.
Not that bad, was not hard, they ask you very simple questions as they always hire and rotate out workers, they are looking for people with and without experience,you must take a drug test and will be asked if you're able to work nights and days or either or.

there was no interview. The workers just asked for personal information. Then I took a drug test (administered by the mouth), and waited for the next steps for the hiring process.
