Was contacted by a college recruiter. Set up an interview. Interview was set up in two parts, back to back. First with a member of HR, then with an Operations Manager. In total was a 2 hour process.

Almost all behavioral questions, and what ifs. Focus on STAR method for answering questions.
Pretty easy and straightforward if you follow the STAR method. Have a lot of examples whether real or made up to support your answers. They will send you an FAQ for interview questions and it was helpful
First clear the assesment then interview
Applied through On-campus but also can be applied through off campus. Open for all branch. Interview is of 30min on clearing one more round of interview for 30mins

There were two 30-minute interviews back and back. Mostly behavioral questions asking how you would deal with associates, multi-tasking, and how you talk to various people with different titles. Know Amazon's core principles and values and tie it into your response.
