      Interview

The interview process was lengthy, spanning multiple days and multiple interviews. It was concerning that some senior members of the hiring team seemed underqualified for their roles. In particular, the manager attended the interview wearing a ball cap and has a pattern of changing positions every 3 to 6 months on his LinkedIn profile. Even more troubling, the candidate being interviewed had more experience to be a manager than the actual manager. It’s a disappointing reflection on the company’s leadership.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Bengaluru) in Aug 2020

      Interview

It was very prompt and accurate in terms of what is expected of me. I only had received email communication from the organisation but every email was so detailed and did convey the message loud and clear.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They follow a method called STAR. Most of the questions were based on that.
