Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand in Englisch statt und war sehr strukturiert. Ich wurde über die Leadership Prinzipien befragt, aber man kriegt im vorhinein ganz viele Informantionen bzgl. Leadership Prinzipien. Die Fragen waren hauptsächlich situationsbezogene Fragen und das Interview fand über Amazon Chime statt.

Am Anfang gibt es kurzen Smalltalk, danach folgen fachliche Fragen zum gegenseitigen Match, und am Ende stellt man eigene Fragen, um Interesse und Vorbereitung zu zeigen, für das gesamte Gespräch.

There was two interviews back to back. Each being about thirty minutes long. From what I remember, one with a corporate employee and one with a manager at a fulfillment center.

A situational question about dealing with an employee who is consistently late to work.
Very simple. It's a group interview, but you aren't competing for slots - everyone who does well will be extended an offer. They will ask you about your problem solving skills, and they will ask you hypotheticals.
