I understand that Amazon is a company that can choose any applicant they want. On the other hand, they list on the job description that they don't require any experience from the intern. So, even though I had some experience behind me and great education, I still even wasn't able to get the telephone interview.

There was two interviews back to back. Each being about thirty minutes long. From what I remember, one with a corporate employee and one with a manager at a fulfillment center.

Very simple. It's a group interview, but you aren't competing for slots - everyone who does well will be extended an offer. They will ask you about your problem solving skills, and they will ask you hypotheticals.
