Interview
I was recommended to apply through LinkedIn by a recruiter. Then, there is an online assessment followed with a interview through Chime. We then had three sessions of interviews. Amazon has a 2-5 day SLA, so you will receive a reply very quick.
They also let us know that we should NOT expect any feedback from recruiters. Offer is extended, then they will give you a timeline of when to expect the offer.
Star Method and Leadership Principles. Just study these from the materials they give you, and form a story for each principle, and when they ask questions, you can see which principle they are asking about.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
