I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (New Brunswick, NJ) in Oct 2017
Interview
I had an on campus interview that was very organized and welcoming. There were a group of HR managers from different Amazon Fulfillment Center sites that came to my campus and the group of interviewees were each paired to have two rounds of interviews with a different HR manager per interview. All the HR managers were dressed very casually and were all very friendly and kind. Most of the answers they were looking for were to be set up using the STAR interview method, and we heard back in about 3 business days after the interview if we would receive an offer or not.

Question 1
Many questions were based off of the leadership principles
Ex- Describe a time where you had to change a process?
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Reached out by recruiter via linkedin and conducting a virtual 3 hour interview session with 3 different HR leaders. Standard and generic questions regarding previous experience and questions were asked utilizing the STAR method.
