1. The first filter is a screening with Recruiter
2. Then I had a call with Hiring manager (This was because I was an internal movement, I was working in Amazon in a different position and country)
3. Then the most important piece; 4 rounds of interviews by people form the team of related teams + one bar raiser (external). This is when you are asked the Amazon Leadership Principles-related behavioural questions
4. Finally an excel assessment which I don't remember being hard at all.
