Interview
The interview process was pretty time consuming. The process went for more than a month and finally ended with a detailed round of interview with a team of consultants who helped Alsbridge to setup business in India. Overall a very good experience. However, the regular interview process could have been better.

The interview with the Human resources head was very informative and to the point. The questions asked were highly relevant.
The interview with the director was very conversational and extremely informative.
I was amazed by the knowledge base these people have and was quite dissapointed at not getting an opportunity to work for such a knowledgeable team..
