With regards to our interview process, Alpha Theory is a company that follows the "Who: The A Method for Hiring" hiring process. We're a thoughtful company, that is dedicated to hiring A Players (ie. "Good to Great"). We recognize that our process is involved, but hope that candidates appreciate that we're both trying to make difficult and important decisions.
With regards to the quality of the position, we have to disagree. Alpha Theory has grown rapidly and our employees love their job. Our job postings were straightforward in representing Alpha Theory as an early stage company and we were hoping to attract folks that were energized by the startup culture.
We're a bunch of smart, motivated, nice folks that want to work with others that are also. We continue to hire and hope that the negative review will not keep you from applying.
