I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alpha Marketing Strategies in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was okay, but I wish the job description had more detail. I felt like I was baited into the interview with expectations that didn’t match the actual role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Alpha Marketing Strategies (Scottsdale, AZ)
Interview
3 rounds in one day, making for a really day. The first interview is a pre-screening, with some standard questions, the second interview is a group interview that lasts 50 minutes where they go over the business plan and the third interview is a phone call with the owner.

What other positions interest you most in the company?

Interview
After the recent Boeing Scandal, it's not worth working for a company that lies to you.. During the first interview, though they allow you to ask a question, no details about the position are divulged about the job, pay structure, benefits, anything. If they need motivated door to door sales people, maybe just be up front about it instead of being sketchy. Even though my background is in something else entirely, I believe I could have been excellent at this and made all parties a lot of money. They said I was going to meet Nelson himself and we'd go over more the position in more detail together - right on. I was ready and excited for the second interview. They then proceeded to send me several strange confirmation requests, including emails, texts, and phone calls, most of which I responded yes to...
During none of these conversations did they mention that the 2nd interview was going to be a group interview. I'm sorry, but this is completely unacceptable - you just lost a potentially stellar candidate to fill your role.
