Phone screening - asked many questions within 15mins, Assessing knowledge of company and motivations, as well as whether you've really understood AlphaSIghts culture and ways of working on the job.
Starts with a virtual non personal interview then opportunity to move towards other interview stages. The interview process is quick and requires you to be quick thinking. If you are quick on your feet you will do good. Internet interview is nothing to do with resume.

Interview
The first step was a video conference call that took about thirty minutes. The interviewer took her time to ask me basic interview questions and got to know me on a personal level. Sometimes the interview would be laggy because of the poor connection at times, but overall the interview was smooth and the interviewer was nice.
