Applied on a Monday, By Wednesday I had gotten a call. Did a mini phone interview. Got a link for an IQ Test. Upon passing that, got a link to email the hiring manager. Went in yesterday to do a face to face interview. I think it went well they said they would get back to me within a week.

Describe a time when you went against the status quo
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen

I do not recall the exact questions that were asked other than presented with scenarios
Smooth managers was understanding. They understood my experiences with previous employers. I will work three again, I just left because I had to move out of country for a while.
