Applied on the allstate.com website. I received an email 3 weeks later, about being selected for a short 15 minute phone interview. The screening included 2 behavior questions and quick review of my resume. I was then emailed an online assessment to be completed within 48 hours. I received an automated email response stating I passed and my information was forwarded to the hiring manager. The Administrative Assistant for claims called me the following week to set an interview. Interview with 2 Hiring Managers, asked 4 behavior questions, and allowed me to sit with a seasoned representative for about 15 minutes. Walked me downstairs and basically said keep looking on the website, so I knew right then I wouldn't get the offer.
