After submitting an application a recruiter scheduled my interview with who would have been my manager. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly but ultimately it was not a good fit compensation wise.

Question 1
What sales experience do you have?
A lot of”give me a specific time…” questions.
It was a very easy and straightforward process for me as a licensed producer. Went through 2 rounds of interviews and was given an offer at a local branch. Between initial contact and offer it was about 2 weeks total.
Group interview with a lot of people not very much information on the first interview I did for a little more detail about what they were looking for from their side

Interview
Was contacted for an initial interview and the interview was simple discussing previous positions and interests. Had a second interview several days later with two other managers. The second interview was also easy and was offered a position two days later.
