It was a long interview. A boring interview. it was just like every other interview. If you have ever done an interview- it was just like this one 30 words seems like a lot

Why do you want to sell? What do you like about sales
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers
Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.

they asked about goals and strategys for motivation
Comfortable and easy process. Had all the time to ask questions. Very encouraging and hopeful. Company will work with you to get you started and ready to work. Great communication.
