Interview
Had a Skype interview with manager and lead and offered a job with in 1 hr and make me accept with high pay. And said will release the offer letter in same day. I said I yes. Next day got an email and says application declined and explained they found less billing guy. Did not expect this from Allstate. Not a nice place to work.
The interview process was smooth and highly technical. The interviewer was knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed the deep technical discussions it made the experience engaging and easier to crack confidently

it was an average interview process, first round will be analytical then technical and manger then HR, be confident enough to answer it will be helpfull and it also depends on the postion
