they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Allstate
Interview
It started with a phone call to a current agent inquiring how I could become an Allstate Agent. Next I was contacted by "agent management" I was initially treated very well and directed into the licensing process. After numerous interviews. I entered the training program (more than a 6 mo process) Simultaneously I began the process of purchasing the agency from a retiring agent.
Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
