Interview
It was an in person meeting on a college campus during an allotted time slot. There were two people interviewing for the position. I reached out post-interview thanking them for the opportunity to meet - they never updated me about the status of the position.

Interview
Was accepted into the Insights Programme. Proceeded to be moved onto consideration for the Internships. Throughout the process, was reassured that ghosting was "not in the company culture".
Found out I did not receive the internship via the person who was selected on LinkedIn. Did not receive a formal "unfortunately," email until after the person had COMPLETED the internship.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate in Oct 2022
Interview
On demand first round on hirevue. Next was an interview with one of the senior engineers. Asked 2 behavioral questions and asked 1 easy and 1 hard coding question. Super straightforward and responded very well.
Applied online and had a phone screening with HR discussing technical qualifications a few days later. The second interview was a week later with the Manager and Team lead and was largely behavioral.
