3 interviews, one from a recruiter, then off to the hiring Manager for in person interview. Third was Skill set by looking at cars and showing want needed to be repaired or replace.

Interview
It takes a while to get to the interview process. You have to submit your information online and and take an online test (personality test... I have known several good people who did not get past the this test). Then you interview with a recruiter, who asks standard questions, then if the recruiter is satisfied with your answers they will then refer you to the hiring manager(s). There could be one hiring manager conducting the interview, but there is typically more than one.
