have no experience and have start up money, contact regional office and they will inform you of level of interest. they will try and convince you to start scratch but its a long shot at success
they use behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the interview. It is a pretty straight forward process. Everything was virtual. They are very customer service oriented so consider that in your answers
Very easy and approachable. They were very responsive in the interview process with scheduling. The beginning of the process was in the form of texting and emailing you. Then you would get a screened phone call followed by a zoom interviewing meeting.
