Responded to ad on day 1, day 2 morning had a phone interview with the screener, day 2 afternoon had a interview with the on-up at the staffing agency, day 3 I had an interview with the client, few hours later I had the job offer. To me it was very rushed and they felt like they were checking for a pulse. The interview itself was not technical at all. So I am not sure what they are expecting when they are getting a new hire. There was no skill test or anything. My guess is that my colleagues are going to be all over the map-skill wise, since they did not screen for anything at all.
