I had one interview with 3 different individuals at the same time. They only asked me one behavioral question which was "What is your leadership style?" Overall, it felt slightly unprofessional. There was one point during the interview where one of the interviewers let his cat walk across his desk, the proceeded to bring the cat to his lap and pet it as I was providing my answers to the questions. Strange experience. I had difficulty remaining focused. After the interview, I heard nothing back, which I thought was slightly disrespectful considering I worked for Alight at the time.
