Interview
I had a quick series of interviews with the recruiter, then with potential coworkers, then with the hiring manager. I thought all three interviews went well. I followed up with the recruiter twice over email and heard nothing. After a month I assume I was ghosted. This really reflects poorly on Alight that they couldn't be bothered to send me a quick rejection email after two hours of interviews.

Would you like to be ghosted after a series of interviews?
it was ok. they asked me some general question and i answered with great confidence even though i was nervous inside I didn't let it show on my face they were impressed by my confidence and here came some hard question about work which i was able to answer because of my pass experience
It was a good experience. Well managed and with proper follow ups from the company. Question asked were related to my job profile and were inline with the jd given by the company.
