Alice Lane Home interview questions

The Showroom manager contacted me and set up a time for a video interview, and then no-showed on me TWICE. She explained that things had been busy, which I understand, but not showing up to an interview you scheduled two times is not giving a good impression for potential new employees. We finally connected on the third time and the interview seemed to go pretty smoothly. She gave me a "case study" for an interior design client to gauge my knowledge and styling skills. Unfortunately, the no-showing twice ultimately led me to decide that it wasn't the right fit and not continue with the interview process.
