This has to go down as one of the most abominable interviews I have ever had. The CEO was on a Jesus trip, explaining how he single handily had to came back to Londonderry to save it from itself!!! I always say that an interview is a glass window into how a company will treat you....by this standard, it was a lucky escape on my part. From what I was told during the interview, this is just graduates learning an Insurance package and being shipped off to North West UK to maintain the clients application onsite (more PS than programming). There is some software configuration needed by the application developer in Dublin (more localisation & testing than programming). I would class this company as a "A home for stray programmers"" So if you have any real IT experience - there are more companies in the city now - it's not like the 1990's......
