I applied online. I interviewed at Albright Stonebridge Group
Interview
Completed a phone interview only, which gave a very candid overview of the level of the position and opportunities for advancement at the company. Ended up being the wrong fit for me, but started a good ongoing engagement.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Albright Stonebridge Group (Washington, DC) in Apr 2023
Interview
Behavioral. Standard, but looking for combination of interest in subject matter as well as interest in business strategy and client service. Know your answers well and ask good questions. Know what the company does because it is a very niche industry and doesn't take kindly to people who walk into it without having a strong sense of what the company is and what the industry does.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Albright Stonebridge Group in Mar 2017
Interview
I withdrew my application after the initial phone interview. I felt like I didn't come off as very prepared.. but at the same time, I felt like the interviewers used extremely vague terms to describe their work. The interviewers kept mentioning corporate diplomacy or something along those lines, which didn't make much sense to me, and it didn't seem like a management consulting firm. Honestly, I'm still confused about what kind of work is done here. I thought it would be better for me to withdraw my application than to waste either of our time.
