In person interview at the corporate office in Fullerton, CA. The interview was about 30 minutes. They had one other candidate and I heard back after a couple days. One week training in the same facility.

Questions included: Review resume, how do you motivate staff during flu season to increase flu vaccines, tell me a time when you had an employee not working up to expectations, tell me a time when you had to deal with a dissatisfied customer.

Phone interview which took about 45 minutes. Straight to the point, very nice about the whole process. Interviewed by two people including a pharmacist in charge. Never heard back but it was an okay interview.
