Interview
I applied and within two weeks I received an email stating they wanted an interview with me at a hotel.
We checked in accordingly and were seated in one of the banquet rooms of the hotel. They went over a presentation regarding the job that included pay, benefits, and so forth.
They then broke you up into groups and asked you two scenario questions and then did a mini group activity that involved presenting it to another group.
After, we sat down and waited for them to call us individually to have a one-on-one interview. You are asked to go over your resume and then after they ask about five situational questions.
When you are finished, you sit back down and wait for your name to be called. They’ll tell you right away if you got the job or not.
Several typical questions, very easy. Lasted less than 30 mins. They were eager to hire, it looks like. Let me know about the result of the interview the same day.

Interview
I applied for the CSA position and answered about 50 questions . I was invited to a pre orientation presentation via Zoom. There were about 35 people on the call. It lasted an hour. Individuals were not asked any questions , but you could ask questions . We were told we would hear within the next few days if chosen for a one on one interview. Basically they have their mind made up since they do not get to know you .

Very simple, easy, and straight forward. All you have to do is go into the interview, and be yourself. Smile a lot and show the recruiters why you are the right person for the job
