Interview
It was a call with the HR. The weird part was that the screening for a technical role was done by a non-technical person based on standard questions and a set of keywords in her diary.
Thank you for the feedback :-) . Our hiring process involves several stages and for technical roles the initial pre-screen is followed by an in-depth tech interview conducted by our engineering managers.
