I applied online. It was during the time of the major layoffs in the tech industry. When the recruiter contacted me and asked why am i looking for a job, i told that i was fired. She asked when did it happen, and when i told her she said something like "wait, and you're looking for a job since then?!". How nice to hear that. I had an interview with the team lead, she was kinda nice but very short because she was in a hurry (she mentioned that herself). It gave the feeling like the interview was something she really didn't want to do.
