Interview
quick interview process including 2 phone calls: initial call with recruiter, and a follow-up technical call with the hiring manager. Onsite was several hours and included both technical and company fit conversations with members from across the company.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Airware in May 2018
Interview
The team communicated well/clearly, updated me often and moved me along as expected during the process... It's a simple set of goals but some other companies leave you hanging, don't respond and have no clear next steps. It wasn't this way with Airware

Question 1
Explain my construction SaaS sales experience, How do construction companies behave, Do I have experience with similar technologies

And that was it. They never called me, nor sent any kind of followed up email. I understand a company rejecting a candidate for various reasons but I felt disrespected playing around like this.
