Interview
Initial discussion with internal Talent Acquisition. Technical interview where I was encouraged to bring my own code that I was proud of to discuss with two Lead Developers. Subsequent stage would have been a cultural fit type interview.

Question 1
I demonstrated Typescript library code with advanced usage of custom Utility types, and some workspace and cloud containersation code. We also discussed some frontend paradigms, since I didn't provide any frontend code. As well as my work history and whether I have any agency experience.
