It is all done online basically. They will do a background check and also check your driving record I believe. Then you have to watch a short instruction/ job overview video.

Three round interview. Everything went well they made it seem like I had a job and then told me that I wasn’t moving forward. I believe they’re racist. I’m African-American and all the people that I interviewed with were Caucasian. There was nothing wrong with my résumé. I had years of experience with a top forwarder, both internationally and domestic, so there was no reason why I wasn’t chosen, especially after getting positive feedback for the interviews. Maybe they will get some diversity in the company besides women I hate that I even said all those things to them about how empowering it was to see women in high places, but obviously they really don’t care.
