Interview
A multi-interview process starting with the traditional HR Recruiting screen. The next step is typically a phone interview with the hiring manager. Round 3 is typically an in person interview with the hiring manager, their direct manager or the HR manager. A round 4 interview might be the HR director or a peer of the hiring manager from another area of the company. Overall it should be a pretty quick and smooth process and only take 2 - 4 weeks based everyone's availability.
They were not professional. Recruiting would say one thing then do another. They already didn't want to hire me from the beginning. Recruiter scheduled a call with me for a phone briefing, asked to reschedule then ghosted me.

Pleasant but thorough with questions related to the job duties and responsibilities. Multiple interviews with different divisions of the company; safety, finance, operations, marketing and HR. Did not make it past 2nd round.
