The process was great! From the second I wanted into the door everyone made me feel welcome, which then got me even more excited to be here.
I was giving a tour of the building and was able to learn about the office and what kind of environment it is to work here.

I forgot the questions but they made me think out of the box...not your typical tell me about your last job sort of questions.
They were very kind and thorough. Very focused on company values. The downside is they ghosted me after two interviews, which was a bummer since I was excited about the position.

Interview
It felt very forced as if they were just going through the motions. I felt like there was likely someone already being considered and the interview was a formality or an exercise that wasn't expected to result in an offer.

Name a difficult time when you had to deliver bad news?
They reached out for me to complete their video interview. I didn't make it past the video interview round. The interview was confusing as it showed the question and then gave you about 15 seconds to think before responding.
