I had a phone interview for about 10 min, than I was booked for Skype interview. The interview was about 1 hour, I was asked to talk about my previous experience first, then I had some odd questions asked and then I had a written language test in English and Russian

Terrible company will Never work for , a lot of racism exists and will never use the platform trash people and was disrespected at my interview , I wish I never applied

There were 3 interviews to get an offer, they were all virtual. Usually 30 minutes. The HR team was present throughout the process. First interview with them. The next was with the managers in the department. Whole process was about 3 weeks.
