I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Agrible (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had an unusually easy interview where I was just asked to go through some projects I’ve worked on in the past. No technical questions. There was a one-on-one with a developer, then a group “interview” with some higher ups.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Agrible in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a two level process. I first had a phone screen where the interviewer asked me a few basic python algorithm questions. This was followed by a basic database related brain teaser and a few more general questions about my background and interests. Then I had three 45 minute interviews where I had one programming question. The rest of the time was spent going over my resume and projects.

Interview
Interview with several founders and one front-end developer. Had an informal discussion about my skillset, current type of work, past and recent accomplishments, development background, and what my goals were for the future. Discussed type of work they perform and how I would fit in.
Had a personal discussion with CEO of what I was looking for, and, we both seemed to agree on the spot that I was a great fit for Agrible. Had one last short phone-screening via one of the developers about javascript that went well, and then received an offer shortly there-after.
