The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Agility Solutions (Denver, CO)
Interview
Ridiculously long interview process. Multiple hour-long in person interviews (I believe three), then a half day team interview. Given a very specific case study. AKA free consulting! All interviews were conducted offsite, until the final panel, where Sami (One of the founders) had all candidates come to the large, empty office to do the final case studies and redundant interviews. Having followed the company since my interview, they went from 20 employees to seven in a few months.

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Agility Solutions (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
I went through campus recruiting and they definitely butter you up. Started out with a group interview activity and we went to an escape room. They also did "speed-interviewing" like speed dating with several employees over sushi and ended by taking us to the avalanche game. There was two behavioral interviews and one case study.

Question 1
Most difficult part was the case study, and that was relatively easy.

Interview
~30 minute interview in front of two employees. Asked normal interview questions (i.e. tell me about yourself, whats a time you exemplified leadership, etc…). Nothing too hard but did ask some inquisitive questions.
