Lengthly, but not unbearable. You end up meeting with most (or all) of the company before the offer is extended. They do put a lot of effort into the interviews and you have many opportunities to ask any questions.

Fairly long process, but easy to follow and was laid out from the beginning. Did not make it fully through due to the economic climate. The process was smooth and fully virtual.
HR call then call with a coach. The feedback was that they were very interested in having me work for them and would continue the interview process when they had a spot to put me on.
This threw me for a loop. Turns out they advertise and recruit when there is in fact no job. Im not sure they realize it but many applying for jobs expect that there is an actual job. I have talked with other agile coaches and they got the same result. So I would not waste the time on the calls with this company. Candidates take time preparing and having these calls, many of us can bill for these hours. So we lose real money playing this game.
