Collegial, interactive and informative.
Engaging and Tough...but very supportive.
Each person indicated they had been with the company at least 2yrs.
I especially enjoyed hearing from the admin staff that the company is good to work for. (THEY are usually the group that knows how a company REALLY is)

Interview
None has the knowledge of the position they are interviewing for, after speaking for a while they say the candidate doesn't have the skills. They never trust any resource and provide nonsense feedback upon rejection.
Phone interview and meeting with other team members, face to face interview, provide references and background check. The interview was interactive and not your standard "describe you strengths and weaknesses" type of canned questions. It was more of a discussion than a one-sided interview.
