Unfortunately, they’re not honest at all. They just ask you to participate in interviews so they can learn about the questions being asked and share them with their main candidates to help them prepare. For example, a Dutch company asked me to take part in their interviews and do the technical test, only to grill me with questions afterward just to see what goes on in interviews. They never even intended to hire me. It's incredibly unprofessional and toxic behavior, and I caught on quickly and didn’t continue. Don’t waste your time on them.

The questions are pretty diverse because one issue with this company is that they don’t sign a contract with you right away—you need to get an offer first. You’ll need to work on technical tests, and they’ll also ask about your experiences.
I applied for the position via LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter later on. After completing a phone screening and a skills portfolio, I did not receive any further communication, despite sending a follow-up message

Facciamo un colloquio, dove mi dicono che mi avrebbero avvisato entro una data prefissata. Arrivata la data, avviso io loro. Mi dicono che, in realtà, mi han detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere il prima possibile, visto che per ora non c'era nulla.
