I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Worcester, MA) in Aug 2024
Interview
not hard at all, they asked a few basic questions about yourself, your background, and what you want to do as a career. they didn’t get into the pay structure until the second interview and the pay expectations on job boards were very misleading. this a commission-only role which they only make apparent later on. whatever the “salary expectations” are is very misleading there is NO base pay.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about yourself and your background?
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
