They have a bunch of people come in for the "interview" at once. You are all put in a room where they tell you that the position is not what you thought it was, and that you'll be trying to sell insurance to people. When you apply they tell you that you'll be managing a team when really you and one other person go door to door trying to get people to sign up.

Interview
My interview at Tallahassee Regional office was great and just got a call to come back next week. The only discussion about money is that every thing is paid by Aflac as well as paid training. Also I hold a bachelor's of Science degree in criminal justice.
