I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (San Jose, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
The interview process was easy, the problem is that the company doesn't offer a good pay. You can do ALL the job, and if the customers want your service, you get the commission. But it is more likely that you will do ALL the work (driving a lot in your own car, exposed to heat, talk to a bunch of people, repeating the same things over and over, etc) and f the customers don't want your service, then they pay you ZERO cents: which is very unfair because you still have to do the whole work.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
