The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac in Apr 2010
Interview
Was contacted by a DSC from my resume being on my college's website. Interview was basic. He asked me a little about myself, what i looked for in a career, etc. then he told me a little about the company, what they do, and how they get paid. He did not lead me on as far as pay goes. Told me that it was 100% commission (which i already knew). Seems like a good opportunity if you would like to make a lot of $, although it will take some time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much money do you need to make in order to [stay afloat]?
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
