I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Bellevue, WA) in Feb 2010
Interview
I was at a job fair and approached their booth. We spoke briefly and I left my resume. I got a call a few days later for an in-person interview. My interest was lost at the point when I discovered it would be 100% commission. Seemed like nice people though. I just didn't want to get into a new field under such payment arrangements.

Question 1
What in your background leads you to be confident that you can be successful in this industry?
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
